For online courses, refunds are available under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 60 business days

13.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@tiffanyeurich.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do the same if we have a dispute with you.
Exception: may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Site.
